CURRENTLY HIRING - ROASTERY ASSOCIATE

Full time hours, driving licence required.

We're looking to expand our ever-growing Roastery team! Previous coffee experience preferred but not required, passion to learn about coffee and roasting is essential.

THE ROLE

From roasting specialty-grade coffee on our state-of-the-art Bellwether roasters, to perfecting latte art and serving our lovely customers, you will be responsible for putting the freshest coffee on the market into peoples lives. The role will also include packing orders and delivering them in one of our electric vans.

The job can be fast-paced, high-stress and requires occasional heavy lifting. A positive and upbeat attitude under pressure is desirable.
